M&L for 15 cm PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as concrete bed, width of concrete bedding shall extend laterally 15 cm beyond either side of the outer dia of pipe laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides of SGSW/ reinforced concrete drain pipes NP3 200mm bore, after the pipes have been laid and tested including any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 13 above but except bricks.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain including forming fair finished drain or channel in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopper ends etc complete all as specified.

M&L for removal of blockage between manholes to manhole lines of various sizes & at any depth for sewage by means of (rodding, manually or any other sources) including removing rugs of any type, dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning of blockage of WC Indian or European type by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto First manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the WC and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L cleaning the blockage of bathroom/kitchen by cleaning the nahni traps/gulley traps of all the mud/sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of tarp, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 150mm/200mm internal dia upto 1.50mtr including manholes by removing the manhole covers of any type/size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine as required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer line removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manholes cover to its original position as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: -(i) Earth and excavation included in quoted rates. (ii) Cleaning of Existing sewage pipe lines/manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicles/trailers available in the market and dispose effluent out side the defence land. The rate for the same shall be included in the quoted rates.

All as per above item No. 29.00 but exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3m depth.

Bailing out sludge from manholes of any size manually or with the help of pump as per site condition and disposal of sludge, solids foul material obtained to any distance exc 500m in low lying area, including removing and refixing manhole covers and flushing with adequate water, the depth of manhole not exc 1.0 m all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

All as per above item No. 31.00 but depth of manhole exc 1.0m and not exc 3.0 m

Cleaning of existing septic tank of 50 users by taking out sludge/ liquid and removal of the same outside defence land all as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
