Maint of sewage installation under GE (West) JRC

Taking out sullage/solid contents from sewage sump well by mechanical method (machine/pump to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost) and cleaning the sump well, removal of blockage and making sump well fully functional and removing the sludge/solid contents outside the cantonment area and covered with a layer of earth complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Location:- Bhagat road - (Dia 5.95, Depth 8m), Pocket E (B) of Khemkaran Vihar (Dia 3.5m, Depth 8m),Pocket E(D) of Khemkaran Vihar (Dia 5.95m, Depth 8m), 27 AD Lagoon Sewage pump (Dia 4m, Depth 5m),167 MD Regt (Dia 4.5m, Depth 8m) Note:- (1)All T & P and safety equipment as required at site will be arranged by the contractor and rates deemed to be included in quoted rate.Providing all labour, tools & plants, dewatering arrangements, safety equipment and supervision for complete cleaning of treated water storage tank/reservoir of any size and depth, including draining out stored water, isolation of inlet/outlet lines, removal of deposited sludge, silt, algae and floating materials manually/mechanically, thorough scrubbing of walls, floor and ceiling surfaces, cleaning of inlet/outlet chambers, disinfection using approved chemicals (bleaching powder/chlorine), rinsing with clean water, safe disposal of removed sludge/debris outside the Cantonment board area as per local norms, ensuring no damage to civil structure or pipe fittings, refilling and making the tank fully functional to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects and rates deemed to include all T&P, consumables and safety provisions. (2) Loading, transportation and disposal of sludge, silt, garbage and all waste material outside the site premises to approved dumping area complete in all respects.

Taking out after dismantling unserviceable pumps set capacity 10 HP to 22HP from sewage sump 30 to 50ft deep and transporting to workshop for repairing and after repairing re-lowering the pump motor set in sewage sump and making necessary connection and testing carried out all directed. Note:- (i) T & P and safety equipment will be provided by the contractor. (ii) Repairing of pump motor sets paid in respective item.

M&L for opening & reassembled submersible pump set capacity of pump 10HP, 3 Phase including rewinding of burned motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of same size & gauge as per existing including E class insulation seat, sleeve, good varnishing, greasing in ball bearing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 3 but capacity of pump 15HP, 3 Phase

All as per srl item no 3 but capacity of pump 22HP, 3 Phase Note for item no 3 to 5 :- Ball bearing , oil seal, cable gland, connection plate, shaft & shaft remetling work paid and measured separately in respective items.

M&L for repairing of pump in sewage submersible fitted with motor perfectly capacity of pump set with motor 10 HP to 22HP complete all as specified and directed. Note:- shaft, implellor, ball bearing will be measured separately.

M&L for rewinding of mono block electric motor Capacity of motor 25HP, 3Phase with super enamelled copper wire of size& gauze as per existing including E class insulation seat, sleeve, good varnishing, greasing in ball bearing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable ball bearing suitable for 10 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable ball bearing suitable for 15 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.
