REPAIR AND MAINT OF BUILDINGS, FENCING, PERIODICAL SERVICES AND OTHER MISC WORKS TO E/M INSTALLATION UNDER GE (WEST) MATHURA

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc. 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc. 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing door shutters of any description having area exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm, each in the same opening including easing of door / window / cup board shutters for easy closing / opening incl tighening of hinges or changing the position of hinges adjustment of tower bolts, sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Labour for taking down of shutter included in this item, nothing shall be paid extra.

Dismantling fibre sheet any description as in roofs etc including ridges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
