Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / Manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and nearly dressed all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. Complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. (A) 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.)

Centering and Shuttering with plywood including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of form work for foundation, footings, strap beam, raft, bases of columns etc.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shape and size in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand).

Plaster on New surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. Complete fine finish 12 mm thick.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections (Tubular Section), trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting (Height upto 10m), fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete and as per direction of Company.

Providing and fixing PPGI sheets roofing / wall including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coted “J” or “L” hook, bolt and nuts 8 mm dia. With bitumen and G.I. limpet washer or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coat of approved paint on over lapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/-M2.

Labour charges of double rail with welding fixing to rail post and wall frame steel work welding of joint cutting of old rails including top and bottom 10 mm thick plate welding in post (Pillars) as well as proper complete as per drawing and with old rails material will be provided by company but transportation / loading / Un-loading of rails from Sambhar and Jhapok to at site of work (Nawa) well be arranged by party.

Random rubble dry stone kharanja under floor.

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1:2:4) mortar prepared with 1% Solution of water-proof compound complete as per Specification. 50 mm thick.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc. Complete but excluding the cost of hosing of steps. 40 mm thick with 20 mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80 x 1.25 mm M.S. laths inter locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the and by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and out side locking with push and pull operation complete including cost of spring hooks, providing and fixing necessary 25.3cm long wire springs grade no.2 and M.S. top cover 1.25 mm thick for rolling shutters as per design and IS 6248-1979. (Clear operable area to be measured for payment)

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide 45 an overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40 x 3 mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete.

Providing and fixing foundation bolt grouting into the concrete and making connection with base plate complete as per drawing and as per direction of company.

Providing & fixing section window fully paneled (3' x 4') with all accessories as per requirement and as per direction of company.
