Forming construction Joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain, Solid, straight chowkats and frames in 2nd class hardwood, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed with additional rebates for fixing second shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 12mm thick both side prelaminated particle board, interior grade, with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to aluminium frame work including dismantling boarding, any desctiption, fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated/plain sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw/self tapping screw and washer in roof, wall clading etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 30mm thick Fiber glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/ Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of FRP laminate conforming to table 3 of IS : 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-Charge. S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium door shutters aluminium section weighing 0.55Kg/m and minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodized aluminium snap beading screws etc & Aluminium 4-levers Mortice lock, vertical type, size 100mm (1 No/shutter) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Glass and rubber neoprene packing / rubber gasket, prelaminnated particle board shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated (thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) window and ventilator shutters, fixed/sliding type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, rollers/hinges, locking arrangement etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Glass and rubber neoprene packing / rubber gasket, prelaminnated particle board shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

S&F Anodised Aluminium frame for doors, window, ventilators, partitions with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing and finished with metal paste on gaps of the surface in contact with stone masonry walls / brick walls complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Glass and rubber neoprene packing / rubber gasket, prelaminnated particle board shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

S&F Anodised aluminium door shutters aluminium section weighing 0.55Kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nose in each door, hinges, anodized aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repairs of Magnet of suitable size fixed for cabin leafs, drawers etc, Make : Royal or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605x605mm frame work for false ceiling including hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including taking down old aluminium snap grid and dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and M&L for 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling flat or sloping laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Design & shade of cement board shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc. laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut slab of approved shade (table rubbed and polished) with true & uniform joints as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms & like and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 20mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 with cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for cutting and grinding of the existing Terrazzo/Marble/Kota stone flooring, skirting, dado, etc by mechanical process using Carborundum stone of appropriate grit, cleaning, making good joints with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and finally mirror polishing by applying wax polish complete all as specified in SSR and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for repair/servicing to existing steel doors/ rolling shutters of size exc 5 Sqm and n. exc 10 Sqm such as dust cleaning, greasing, welding etc including cleaning, oiling to top hanging arrangement, sliding track, M.S sliding rollers, with and including replacement of unserviceable parts if any as per existing and make the steel door functional smoothly and easily operatable and all as directed.

M&L for repair/servicing to existing steel doors/rolling shutters of size exc 10 Sqm and n. exc 25 Sqm such as dust cleaning, greasing, welding etc including cleaning, oiling to top hanging arrangement, sliding track, M.S sliding rollers, with and including replacement of unserviceable parts if any as per existing and make the steel door functional smoothly and easily operatable and all as directed.
