M&L for Pre Polished glossy finish Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick (incl one piece stones on stairs and in skirting/risers) over and incl cement screed base 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl dismantling of stone slab of any thickness/ description laid in in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 8 mm thick Zypsum Ceiling boards (prelaminated on all faces) including Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (Size of grid 605 x 605mm) for false ceiling and dismantling of old ceiling of any description / thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished (digital /nanotech or double charged tiles as approved by user) , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid overand including15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes including dismantling of floor tiles of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished (digital /nanotech or double charged tiles as approved by user) , in skirting / vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 450x 7 or 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick (digital /nanotech or double charged tiles as approved by user) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 (if reqd in any portion), including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) etc. removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (digital /nanotech or double charged tiles as approved by user) (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated (or plain in ridge) steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantling of old roof sheets (any description, any thickness), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent/coloured, corrugated/plain sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc & incl dismantling of old sheets ( any description, any thickness), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position incl Truss, purlin, rafter, post etc embedded in concrete or brick work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces,cleats etc Fe 410-w(Gde-E-250)Quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.
