Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of floor mounted indoor type cubical LT Panel suitable for operation on 415 ± 10 % Volt, 50 Hz AC, 3-ø, 4-wire Supply System made of 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet enclosures fully compartmentlized double door type both side openable treated with 7-tank chemical pre-treatment process dust & virmin proof, neoprene type gaskets on the doors to ensure IP-54/55 protection complete with Aluminium bus bar for phase, neutral & earthing, sleeves, SMC/DMC insulators, Base frame, lifting lugs, Sign writting, Gland plate for entry of cable for Top/Bottom including the following Switchgears mounted theron complete with connection, interconnection, control wiring etc. as required.- (The main panel should comply with CPWD specification & relevant IS Code and detailed scope of work enclosed as annexure-'A') 1) Main Incomer-: a)- 1250A, 4-Pole, 65kA Microprocessor-based Release providing comprehensive LSIG(Overload, Short-circuit, Instantaneous, and Earth Fault) protection ACB EDO Type with NO-NC Contacts, shunt trip coil, closing coil and spring chanrging motor etc. all system accessories - 01 Set 2) Metering:- a)- Digital Flush Type Class - 1 Accuracy 3-Phase MF METER - 01 No. b)-Current Transformers Of 1600/1 A Ratio, 5 VA Class 1 Metering. - 03 Nos. c)-Three Phase R,Y,B Indicating Lamps Along With 6A SP Mcb Backup Protection - 01 set d)-ON/OFF/Trip indication Lamps Along With 6A Sp Mcb Backup Protection- 01 set 3)1600A, 4-Pole, High-conductivity Electrolytic Grade Aluminium Busbars - 01 Lot 4) Outgoing:- a)-630A, 4-Pole, 50kA Thermal-Magnetic Release MCCB with LED-type Indication Lamps (ON/OFF/TRIP) ,3-Phase Digital Ammeter a set of 3 Nos. Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required

Supplying & laying 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required (jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 seats of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing & fixing 25mm x 5mm G.I.strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut , bolt,spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing electrical cubical panel i/c Switch fuse units, old cables connection, glands, earhing etc. as required & Buy back the old LT Panel i/c old LT Breaker, switch fuse unit, Doors,covers, Gland Plate & base frame angle etc. as required.
