Construction of Sub- Center Building at Rekabibazar under Jajpur Block in Jajpur District for 2023-24

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil including hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock & boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, cess & T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand, watered & rammed including all cost of materials, labours, conveyence, etc all complete as per the direction of E.I.C

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size crusher broken hard granite metals including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royality, watering, curing etc. all complete as per the direction of E.I.C

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-Fly Ash.-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all taxes & royalties with all T&P & cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing chequred tile in floor kirting and in rises of steps on 20mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Finishing surface of wall with cement based wall putty ( water Based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding ,staging including cost of all materials , labour etc.complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door with door frame of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.
