M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted in CM 1:3 and including flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska including dismantling old brick tiles including stacking serviceable tile a side and removing unserviceable tiles/debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item 2 but except new brick tiles

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs (Gola) or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, roof padding/hanching/moulding and similar work all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement /lime mortor in any position / situation in walls/parapets including removal of rubbish beyond (MOD land) complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item 5 but except new brick

Demilition carefully of partial or complete portion of cemente concred (reinforecd) in patch work in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas/drop, roof projection drop, balconies drop etc and similar suspended work includingluding cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition and removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick wall surfaces finished even and fair using extra cement, including dismantling taking down cement plaster and removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering in patch 10mm thick in Ready Mix Mortar having ratio equivalent to CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces of Ceiling and finished even and fair including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling roof treatment including roof plaster, mud phuska any type and prepararing the roof surface for roof treatment work by brooming, washing down all loose particles and removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying water proofing treatment as following:- (a) A coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface including plaster10mm thick in CM 1:3. (b) Applying App based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3.50 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with podyster non woven fabric/wt not less than 150 gm/Sqm and seating joints by torched application bitumen. (c) The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65X50mm size & making good in CM 1:3. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete including lime concrete of sunken floor and similar work including removing the debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair face of wall and concrete surface in sunken floor treatment or roof surface treatment with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

M&L for providing 25mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying hot blown bitumen two coats to concrete surface @ 1.5 kg/sqm per coat in horizontal and vertaical surfaces, applying polythene film 150 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling sunken floor all as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roughcast plaster, applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone of size between 6 to 12 mm mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even including taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish,vegitation outside complex (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered/rough cast) of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying three coats of white lime wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall over a layer of wall care putty not more than 1 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured printed glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x450x6 to 7mm on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including cement screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/backing, and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 6 to 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6, dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/backing, and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.
