M&L for opening the cover of RMU 11 KV servicing of fixed and moving contacts, repair and replacement of fixed copper terminal/contacts (Male/Female), insulation tubes including other connected items for function of RMU, lamp indicators, meters triping coil etc. Cleaning the fixed and moving contact inside the RMUs properly, checking of spring changing mechanism, servicing and greasing all movable mechanism, replacement of defective fuse, wiring, spares and resembling and testing and service capability check from remote operation upto satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) The quoted rate of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of minor unserviceable parts with new parts. (ii) Servicing may be done by authorize person.

Material & labour for servicing cum repairing of RMU SF6 Panel of capacity 630 Amps, 11 KV, 3 pole, outdoor type, ABB make by opening all covers/ strips,replacement of complete internal AC/DC circuit wiring with existing size of wire, cleaning, lubricating, internally & externally all contacts, springs, tripping system including adjustment, tightening, filling of gas & setting of all contacts & inserting it in its original position, re-assembling all parts and fixing in its panel for smooth functioning of the circuit breaker internal and external painting as per exsting colour, reinsulation of HT busbar and calibration of relays and tripping mechanism, to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unserviceable parts required to make RMU serviceable shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out serviceable/ unserviceable HT UG cable from trench/ duct/ pole/ surface of cross sectional area 95/ 120/ 185 sqmm, 3 core of any make/ type after electrical disconnection including protection covers, pipe etc of any descriptions complete including segregation of serviceable materials viz protection cover, pipe etc and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for reuse/ further disposal complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Serviceable cover/ pipe will be kept aside for re-use.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm spread any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable or spreading on surface for switch yard complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour of Indoor Red Polyethylene Heat Shrinkable Bus Bar Tubes/slives of thikness 3 mm suitable for 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour of Indoor cable termination protection Boot make right angle connection for RMU of size 95 to 185 sqmm, heavy duty insulating barrier device ,provide phase to phase insulation to the power cable terminals suitable for 11000 volts grade XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of upto 250 KVA transformer (11/0.433KV) complete with all connected fittings & fixtures i.e. buchholz relay, conservator tank, cooling fins and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged pole of HT over head line of 11 m long (except embedded portion) complete including all MS work mounted on pole with two coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and providing 07 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on black back ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of 33 KV busbar frame structure consisting 9 Nos steel tubular swaged pole of 11 m long (except embedded portion) complete including all MS vertical/ horizental/ diagonal angle work mounted on poles with two coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully complete including making of red colour bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint as per existing pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of 33 KV GOD frame structure consisting 4 Nos vertical MS angle of lenght not more than 4m (except embedded portion) complete including all MS horizental/ diagonal angle work mounted on structure with two coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installtion (above ground) including testing HT joint box 3 way outdoor type of size 1700 x 1100 x 900 mm (overall) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with support of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm with KIOSK BOX and comprising of 06 Nos HT porcelain bushing and copper round bus bar 12 mm dia rigidly mounted on bakelite sheet 12 mm thick to support insulators of suitable size and shape including providing necessary electric connection and applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces (internally & externally) including PCC foundation base of size 1700 mm x 400 mm x 1200 mm height (700 mm above GL & 500 mm below GL) with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 usisng 20 mm graded aggregate complete including necessary excavation and earth work for foundation and necessary electric connection complete and including dismantling of unserviceable joint box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to Copper earth strip 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass/copper all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I 2009 connected to lightening conductor all as specified and testing on completion including. Necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs and GI pipe 40 mm dia of light grade, for protection of earth strip complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation/PCC/Earth work/Charcoal/ Salt shall be deemed to be include in this unit rate.

M & L for rewinding of transformer capacity up to 400 KVA of HT/LT coil with super enamelled / paper coated copper wire of existing gauge including all associated insulating material such as separator etc complete varnishing, heating including dismantling of top cover, decaning transformer oil, storing the same in suitable container,disconnection live part, dismantling of bushing, lifting of core Assey, checking the windings, cleaning of cooling tube, conservator and all internal connection after all necessary repair work and rewinding, assemble the complete transformer and refilling after necessary filtration including all internal connection etc of any type / capacity transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Filtration of oil shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) New Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately (if reqd). Supply and fix in replacement of air breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with new silica gel (blue in colour) suitable for 1.25/2.5 MVA, 33/11 KV transformer, fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducer/ connector complete as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Cost of modification (if required to fix on existing MS pipe) shall be deemed to included in the item quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with & including MS clamps, bolts, nuts and of size 25 x 20cm for HT 11KV complete all specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement of synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for lifting of distribution transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV carefully by suitable transportation (crane) after disconnecting all HT/ LT electrical connections, earthing strips, foundation nuts & bolts and shifting to a location not more than 100 m and reconnecting all electrical connection to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work require for re-routing of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for construction of PCC foundation platform with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation including necessary earth work, frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing result testing for any type of earthing such as GI plate/copper plate/chemical/bore earthing connected with and for HT panel, LT panel, Equipments, Lightening arrestor, DG sets,Transformer etc in any position and any place under AF station Dinjan & Mohanbari using Digital Earth meter in 3M method and E-N voltage at main DBs and register the result as per performa provided in earth test register duly signed by JE and Engr in charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for detecting carefully the fault of RMU/VCB/Four & Two Pole Structure & HT UG Cable of size 95 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 Core either HT cable fault locater machine or any other method and taking out the/remove the faulty portion of cable from under ground/over all length respectively including maggering/connecting/testing on complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Exc and earth work shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item of work. (ii) Straight through joint of HT Cable shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this work. (iii) Actual detected fault shall be paid under this item, dummy location trial shall included in the unit rate of this item. (iv) Contractor shall provide Electrician and helper along with tools. (v) Major Spares/Parts for reapir will be measured and paid saperatly as supply only under relevent item of this schedule.

S&F disc type insulator two-in- series assembly of 33 KV of any type or size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling hole notching for wire etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing, any type or size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type including nut bolts, winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting unaxious green growth and wild grass by manual labour or by machine at Electrical Installation premises around pole, around panel board along boundaries fencing, removing runnish material from work site and depositing where directed not exc. 100 meter from the starting point complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The item shall be operated maximum 2 (Two) times in the entire period of the Contract period and measurement will be taken every time independently for payment.

Dissconnecting HV/LV connection, earthing lead and taking out carefully defective transformer of any make capacity up to 400 KVA, 11/0.433 KV including shifting it from Mohanbari Power House AF Stn to civil workshop by using mechnically approved crane and trailer and back to AF Stn Mohanbari after necessary repairs and installing the transformer at its original position including reconnection of HV/LV electrical cables, earthing connection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Transformer shall be issued for repair/ maint one by one i.e. after getting first transformer repaired, second transformer shall be issued & rates for the same is deemed to be incuded in the item quoted rates.

Supply, fixing/ laying, testing, connecting and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed type) grade of cross sectional area 120 sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ on wall/ pole/ duct/ pipe including suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 120 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different sub stations of Air Force Station Mohanbari. (b) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (c) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified and directed. Make: Savita/ Castrol/ Power oil/ Truoil.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of 25 KVA to 200 KVA transformer (11/0.433KV) complete with all connected fittings & fixtures i.e. buchholz relay, conservator tank, cooling fins and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Disconnecting the distribution transformer outdoor/ indoor type from HT and LT side, opening carefully at site, draining out transformer oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse) upto HT/ LT box for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 25 to 630 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, refilling the transformer oil and re-assembling after repair including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/ LT side and testing on available electric load complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Defective parts shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only". (b) Charge of welding work (if require) is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only LT bushings with brass studs of existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only top cover gasket set of existing specification and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV of existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only oil level indicator suitable for 25 to 630 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer alongwith connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of air breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with new silica gel (blue in colour) suitable for 25 to 500 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducer/ connector complete as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Cost of modification (if required to fix on existing MS pipe) shall be deemed to included in the item quoted rate.

Material and labour for lifting of distribution transformer of capacity 25 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV carefully by suitable transportation (crane) after disconnecting all HT/ LT electrical connections, earthing strips, foundation nuts & bolts from 2-pole structure and shifting to a location not more than 100 m and reconnecting all electrical connection to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work require for re-routing of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine sand spreading on surface for switch yard for base of paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface dressing n exc15 cm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for disconnecting the platform mounted/ outdoor / indoor type distribution transformers situated at Air Force Station Dinjan, rating 200/ 250 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV of any make/ type and transporting to workshop for repair/ rewinding. Dismantling the transformer with connected accessories, taking out oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse), taking out the core assembly with winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally, rewinding burnt HT/ LT coil with existing guage of copper super enamelled wire / copper strip of existing size providing new insulation sleeves for outlet connections, reassembling including toppoing up old oil, carrying out routine test (i.e. IR value, high voltage test, ratio test, short circuit test & BD value of oil) of transformer, bringing back and re-installation at its original position and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Copper winding wire/ strip will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only". (b) Oil require for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (c) Charge for transportation of transformer to civil workshop for repair and bringing back for re-installation is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only DPC copper strip of various gauges of existing specifications for rewinding of transformer primary and secondry coils including necessary class of insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only super enamelled copper winding wire of various gauges of existing specifications for rewinding of transformer primary and secondry coils including necessary class of insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting the Trolley mounted/platform mounted/ outdoor / indoor type distribution transformers situated at Air Force Station Dinjan, of capacity 250 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV of any make/ type and transporting to workshop for body repair. Dismantling the transformer with connected accessories, taking out oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse), and repair of body of transformer and rectifying all the oil leakage from body by metal work & welding and repair of fins of transformer, refilling the oil,bringing back and re-installation at its original position and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Charge for transportation of transformer to civil workshop for repair and bringing back for re-installation is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged pole of 33KV HT over head line of 12 m long (except embedded portion) - 08 no along with complete including all MS work mounted on pole, lighting arrestor structure , GOAB structure complete with two coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and providing 03 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block installed at 33KV MRS switchyard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix outdoor expulsion type drop out fuse with double stack of insulators mounted on channel base for 33 KV Line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing post top insulator in three series including necessary connection with 33 KV distribution system complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each insulator of 3 series shall be of 33 KV rating.
