Dismantling and Shifting of old unserviceable BER transformers set from installed location i.e. from plinth or 2 pole/ 4 pole structure and deposit to AGE E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning copper wound, step down transformer outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT, 11KV, 3 phase, LT, 433V, 3 Phase, 4 wire, oil immersed naturally cooled with externally cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary (HV side) and star connected on secondary (LV side) in accordance with vector symbol Dy-11 (Vector group 4) with naturally brought on secondary (LV side) and having tapping at +/-2.5%, +/-5%,+/- 7.5% to be changed by means of hand operated OFF LOAD tap changer when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temperature 48°C rating of capacity 100KVA. The transformer shall be complete with all standard fitting and accessories, gauges first fill of transformer oil upto appropriate level etc, all as per IS 1180(2014) and all jointing materials connected with electric system earthing etc complete including platforms as per manufacturer design with minimum 1 meter working shall around the transformer and 1.2 mtr above the ground level. 02 Nos MS channel in size 150 mm x 150 mm with 10 mm thick longitudinal grounted in RCC plinth foundation for give the protection against the plant alongwith locking arrangement etc. all as site requirement and directed comprising of following accessories and as per BEE not less than Level-III Type (IS-1180):- (a) One cable box HV side consisting of 3 Nos porcelain terminal points including nuts, bolts and washers with two Nos cable gland suitable for 3 core 95sqmm HT UG cable (b) Suitable cable box LV side for mounting two LV cable consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods, complete with nuts and washers with two Nos cable gland suitable for LT UG cable providing with bimetallic NOTE : (i) Excavation & earthwork (ii) All quantity are provisional with two Nos cable gland suitable for LT UG cable providing with bimetallic lugs. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) Dehydrating breather with fast fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover including thermometer (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (h) The earthing terminal two Nos to tank to facilitate fixing of earth strips of size 32 X 6 mm (j) Oil level gauge (k) Lifting lugs/ hooks (l) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete (m) Air relief valve. (n) Initial filing of transformer. (o) Detachable rollers with locking arrangement - 4 Nos Note: The initial filling of oil in transformer up to appropriate level, having dielectric strength as per IS including in quoted rate.

Supply and laying 80 mm bore GI tube light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings the end of pipe shall be sealed with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6 buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed.
