30 mm red sand stone sun-shade (chisel-dressed) supported on red sand stone brackets, fixed in walls with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including finishing complete.

Providing wall putty on New surface with approvel quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work.Same in item no. (660) but for each coat of water proof cement paint after the first two coat to give an even shade

Paniting roofs or other iron work in large areas with two coat priming and one coat of approved (above one Sq Metre) paint (British antesol or equivalent) including supply of all materials labour Tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work paint to be used ISI Marked. (S.I. 644,645 )

M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work
