Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of burnt clay old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR Part –I, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing, light grade, with all fittings and laid in trenches/under roads, drains etc, or fixed to poles/walls with FI clamps, nut, bolts etc and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipes: - a) 50 mm bore

b) 80 mm bore

Material & Labour for cable jointing kit, outdoor type termination (heat Shrinkable) for 1100 Volts underground XLPE cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm 3 ½ core including taking out old/unserviceable joints complete all as specified and directed. Make : DENSON/3M/M-seal

Description all as per Srl item 9 here-in-before but for cable of size 70 to 150 Sqmm 3 ½ core. Make : DENSON/3M/M-seal

Disconnecting & taking out defective under ground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable under ground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts/11000 volts connecting and testing for any size complete as directed. (Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

Supply, Laying, connecting and testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc including taking down old UNSV cable of any size complete all as specified and directed for the following size of cables: - (excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately) of following sizes :- (a) Cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core

(b) Cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core

(c) Cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3 ½ core

(d) Cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3 ½ core

(e) Cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 ½ core

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel including excavation and earth work, GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to test point /machinery / equipment. supplying and laying charcoal dust comman salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agregrate chamber and RCC cover 54 cm X 54cm x50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar ,PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note - Cost of GI earth wire and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be deemed included in quoted rate of above Items.

Re-stringing existing ACSR conductor on pole and binding conductor on insulator properly using new binding wire/jumper wire complete all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Each line of conductor shall be measured & paid for separately.

Labour only for trimming/cutting of tree branches obstructing the LT over head lines and deposit the same where directed, complete all as specified and directed.
