TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICIER WORKS AT AF STN PURNEA UNDER AGE (I) (AF) PURNEA

To perform under term contract such works/services and to execute such works as per the terms and conditions contained in the tender document or refered to the "MES standard schedule of rates 2009 Part-I specification and MES standard schedule rates 2020 part-II rates together with erratas/amendments as applicable and as may be demanded and are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of 1(one) year from the date of acceptance of contract at the rates con-tained in the aforesaid MES standard schedule of rates by adding / deducting the percentage shown in this BOQ or at such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of general condition of cotracts (IAFW-2249) 1989 print with errata/amendments as applicable.
