SCHEDULE II - Under this schedule, rates are fixed by IOCL per month for payment of costs towards minimum wages for deploying minimum manpower (total 6 persons) as specified in SCC. Rates of items under this Schedule except specifically stated in SCC, e.g. arrear payment toward revision in minimum wages (FIXED)

Providing 4 numbers of manpower required for providing catering and caretaking at IOCL colony sector 26 Naya Raipur.-It includes all services related to catering/caretaking at colony guest house, cleaning of furniture, fixtures, rooms, washrooms with cleaning materials like lizol, detergents, providing liquid soap, mosquito repellents, odonil etc., procurement and preparation of food, beverages, assistance in distribution for stationary items, assistance for processing documents etc., washing and cleaning of pillow covers, bedsheets, cutains, blankets, sofa covers etc on regular interval, photocoying and scanning jobs etc., cleaning/dusting the entire furniture, fixtures and accessories, ceiling fans, windows, room coolers, air conditioners, glass panels, doors, lighting shades, removing cob-web etc.,Clause 2.2.0 of Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) may be referred. This job is to be carried out by 01 no. of skilled, 03 nos. of unskilled manpower considering Minimum wage as per Central Government Notification, PF, EDLI, Administrative charges, ESI, Bonus etc. Bidders have to strictly comply to Minimum Wages and submit payment details towards engaged personnel to Engineer-In-Charge with their bills in line with tender terms and conditions)

Providing 2 numbers of manpower for providing support services at SERPL Raipur station - providing tea/coffee, snacks to visitors, employees.assistance for receiving materials at station, assistance in receiving/dispatching dak/courier and upkeeping of records, assiastance in delivery of documents to outside agency/Govt. Dept., works related to assistance in connection with gate passes of visitors and materials passes and other related jobs, running errands, bill payments, attending to officers on calls, maintaining records, filing and other works as per direction of Engineer in Charge, upkeeing employees rooms, offices,control rooms, cleaning of bathroomsand other works as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Clause 2.2.0 of Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) may be referred. This job is to be carried out by 01 no. of unskilled and 1 no. of semi skilled manpower considering Minimum wage as per Central Government Notification, PF, EDLI, Administrative charges, ESI, Bonus etc. Bidders have to strictly comply to Minimum Wages and submit payment details towards engaged personnel to Engineer-In-Charge with their bills in line with tender terms and conditions)

SCHEDULE III - Service charges for Providing catering, caretaking and support services at SERPL Raipur Colony Guest House and SERPL Raipur office.

Service charges to the bidder for providing catering and caretaking services at IOCL colony sector 26 Naya Raipur. The service charges includes profit of contractor, supervision and overhead charges,cost of 2 sets of summer uniform, 1 set close necked coat/pull over/jacket for winter and 1 set of shoes & socks for each personnel engaged by the contractor as described in SCC (pattern of which to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge), caps, head gears, hand gloves, white gloves, salt and pepper, Fly and Mosquito Repellent, Printing of Coupons/Bills/Format, silver foil and Cling film, Police verification and Half yearly Medical check up of all Staff, mouth freshener, napkins, detergents, Soaps, Scrubber, Pochha Clothes, Wipers, Brooms, plastic bags for dustbins, and other related services like extra manpower , extended hours etc.
