Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 m wide & exc 1.5m in depth and not exceeding 3 m in depth for foundation and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep & getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L RCC M30 grade (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for coloumns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L RCC M30 grade (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Use & waste of form work to faces of wall, retaining walls, abutments etc in fair finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip quality confirming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds (Wire crate measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F PVC pipe 110mm dia as in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling of Moorum/Soil in reataining wall or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings cavings, bed plates and embeding swan neck fencing post, etc incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L MS work incl embedding in concrete and screwing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc incl all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs for galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of stranded rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc as directed each line wire to be measures complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacurers instructions and finishing the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M & L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Asian Paints (Apex Ultima), Berger (Weathercoat Long Life Flexo) Nerolac (Excel Total), Shalimar Paints (Weatherpro+ Super Luxury Emulsion)

M & L Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, plinth protection etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
