M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab, 20-25 mm thick as in flooring , set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade,10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed

Taking down and refixing shutters of any description (wooden/aluminium) exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each including easing, adjusting and cutting the shutter along over all width equally with builder's hardware as required and ordered to fix the same properly complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Qouted rate shall deem to be included the cost of additional builder hardware required to refix the shutters.

M&L for straight, raking or circular cutting on iron or steel , as in straight or splay cuts, notches, rounded angles etc, width of cut n.exc 10mm but length or girth of cutting exc 75mm and making good complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as specified below :- (a) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:3 with WPC , finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (b) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer for use in water proofing and damp proofing treatment @ 0.70 Ltr/Sqm all described in Paras 11.44.5 of MES Schedule Part-I. (c) Applying evenly a tack coat of blown bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces. (d) APP based polymeric membrane having minimum weight 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm), laid on primed surface by forced torch application and each strip shall overlap the preceeding one by at least 10cm at the longitudinal edges and 15cm at the ends. All over laps shall be firmly bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by heating the overlaps with butane torch as per Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part-I. (e) Two coats of 3 Mangoes Aluminium paint (Make : Asian Paint or equivalent) over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed. Makes:-STP Ltd,Dr Fixit/Pidilite,Texas Notes: (i) WPC shall be paid separately under supply only item. (ii) Surface of roof shall be prepared after proper cutting & uprooting grass on roof top, damaged plaster to be removed, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brushes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dust / dirt to receive the treatment as required. (iii) Contractor shall make suitable arrangement for approaching to roof to carry out roof treatment work of double storey Building of KV School.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches & pillars etc of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6m mean raidus, bulit in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for 0.56mm thick, plain aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc. and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, roof staging and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases (in brick walls), pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sun shades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.
