Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Refixing old glass panes with putty and nails .

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of all manhole / chambers of all sizes in the compound complete including cleaning of adjacent sewer line, removal of earth, silt, slush, brickbats, garbages and other refuses, disposing the same off to dumping site in township complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cleaning of manholes / chamber shall be done as & when required manually or mechanically. Note :- Rates includes the cost of cleaning of manhole /chamber , de-watering, if required including cleaning of adjacent sewer line , removing of manhole / chamber cover and keeping the same back in position after cleaning etc. complete. Payment will be made for each cleaning.

Providing manual assistance for plumbing, sewer, masonary & carpentry work which are not covered above and are not susceptible to measurement. Note : For this item, the contractor will provide one skilled labour for required job i/c minor fittings like nails,screws,fevicol spun-yarn, safeda etc. Minimum time shall be reckoned as 1/2 day if the time required for doing various jobs assigned is less than even the 1/2 day. 1/2 day working shall be treated as one job.

Arranging beldar or similar unskilled labour for working as and when required, as per direction of engineer in charge for items which are not responsive for measurement. 1/2 day working shall be treated as one job.

Repairing of the following i/c other fittings of C.P. brass etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

By replacing complete internal fittings/ fixtures and ball cock, complete as required.

By Replacing P.V.C. handles /lever , washer etc.in PVC Cistern complete as required .

Repairing of leakage and chockage in main and branch water pipe lines of 15 mm to 25 mm as and when required i/c the cost of jointing material such as Teflon tape, jute,tee,elbow,socket etc. required for sealing of leakage joints. Pipe & union, if required to be replaced, shall be paid separately.

Arranging electric welding machine at site for repairing works etc. with necessary cables and other T&P including the cost of operator and electrodes but excluding the cost of necessary steel sections complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: One day work at one site shall be taken as one job.)

Making Steel Windows / Door shutters/ Ventilators/ Garrage doors etc. serviceable by Oiling & greasing for efficient and smooth working as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Taking out Pipal plant and other plant from walls and terrace including dismantaling brick work /Terrace treatment, uprooting and repairing the same including necessary scaffolding arrangement etc. Complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(If two or more sapling of Pipal trees and other plant are at same place that should be treated as one up to plan area of 0.5 sqm.)

Providing and fixing PVC cover of approved make having proper locking arrangement over PVC water storage tank of capacity 250 to 500 ltr. capacity.

Providing and fixing C.I. brackets for wash basin /kitchen sink of single/pair as required at site of approved quality all complete i/c dismentling of old unserveceable bracketsas & fixing same as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Repairing of aluminium door floor spring and pivot complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Repairing of aluminium door shutters including replacing of hinges screws ets by tacking out the existing aluminium door and refixing in same position all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Removal of old damaged W.C.Pan by dismantling floor and repair of floor as required including disposal of rubbish beyond municipal limit etc. complete.

Attending complaint at other station with semi skilled & unskilled manual assistance for plunmbing,carpentry or mason etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
