Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,breast walls,culverts,drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks,chiseling /wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shorting and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including sorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material Grading-1 mixing in mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed material to site of work upto all leads spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification clause 401 including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer(pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub bases/ base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN (eighty to hundred) weight to achive the desired denisity including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion etcetra as per table 400.11 &400.12 and technical specification clause 406 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying evenly priming coat with low porosity bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per technical specification clasue 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm (Zero point two zero to zero point two five kilogram per square metre) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler specified material VG-30 ( Viscosity Grade-thirty ) at the rate 5.4 (five point four ) per cent minimum of mix prepared with filler as per approved job mix formula, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of V-Shape drain of size 45x25cm (Forty five into twenty five centimetres) with thickness of concrete 10cm (Ten centimetres) by providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : Three sand : Six graded/crushed stone aggregate) 20mm (Twenty milimetres) M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix in foundation complete including form work with steel plates and curing complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete of plain/reinforced concrete M-20 Grade 20mm(Twenty millimeter) nominal size aggregate in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time laying under water complete for alll heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 80mm (Eighty millimeters) heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks Grey and red 50% each manufactured by the help of Hydro vibratory machine having compressive strength of M-50 (M-Fifty) grade as per IS-15658-2006. (N.T.C./ Modern/Gico make National Tile Corporation including border or curve block grey or coloured approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The paver shall be laid on 40mm (Forty millimeters) sand filling compacted as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm ( two point five milimetre ) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm ( two hundred fifty gram per square metre ) area, thickness of 2.5 mm ( two point five milimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
