Chipping the old disintegrated cement plaster from parapet wall, Removal of rust and applying zinc coat to the exposed reinforcement, Adhesive application over the cementitious surface to be repaired, plastering with CM 1:3, 20mm thick including cost of all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts, scaffolding charges etc complete.

Painting two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface including through scrapping of old plastered surface etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 6mm thick wire glass of required size for windows including cost of all materials, putty for fixing labour, lead, lift, transporting including cutting charges and fixing at the required height and as instructed by the department engineer at site etc., Complete.

Supplying and fixing of weld mesh of 2.50cm x 7.50cm of 3.15mm wire 10gauge grill by welding including cost of materials, labours, fabrication, fixing charges, welding charges, etc., Complete as per standard specification.

Painting the new iron work with two coats of approved quality & colour synthetic enamel paint over the coat of primer of red oxide as directed by the engineer in charge specification.

Supplying and erecting Safety arrangement using cup- lock system. Having a standard width of 1.20m, provided for working platform in the peripheral area of the high rise building, The Safety Scaffolding arrangement shall be formed by using vertical hot rolled steel pipe of 40mm diameter with a thickness of 2.90mm. The vertical pipe shall have a steel cup arrangement of 80mm diameter to hold the horizontal ledger pipe with top movable lock arrangement made up of Cast Iron. The above cup arrangement to hold the ledger pipe shall be welded to the vertical pipe at a distance of every 0.50m c/c. The horizontal ledger pipe with various lengths ranging from 0.90m to 2.0m may be used with a diameter of 40mm and with a thickness of 2.90mm made up of hot rolled steel. The horizontal ledger pipe shall be provided at a vertical height of every 1m. Both the ends of the horizontal ledger pipe shall be welded with a steel plate of 100mm length and a width of 60mm at the center and 35mm at both the edges. The Whole arrangement shall be placed above the bottom base arrangement having fixed/ adjustable mechanism made with a base plate of size. The working platform jally of suitable require size shall be fabricated using MS square pipes of size 25mm x 25mm. Necessary Clamps/ Clips with bolt and nut arrangement shall be provided to the working platform jally to hold it with the above said scaffolding system. Necessary stay arrangement for the above scaffolding system shall be made at Ground level and at every floor level using Hot rolled steel pipes of diameter 40mm with clamps. The above stay arrangements shall be provided at every 6m in horizontal direction and at every 3.6m/floor level in vertical direction. The cost includes material and fabrication charges of all materials, transportation, labour charges for erection & dismantling of scaffolding, etc as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
