Providing,Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Base coarse with stone aggreagte 63 mm to 45 mm including stone screening 13.20 nn (Type-A)

Base coarse with stone aggreagte 53 mm to 22.4 mm including stone screening 11.20 mm (Type-B)

Profile correction of the existing road surface by cutting to required depth the undulated raised portions and creating a proper geometrical shape and making good the surface for proper laying and binding of the WBM including disposal of the cut out waste materials within a lead of 50mtr all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Bitumen Penetration Macadam with hard stoneaggregate of quality, size and grading as specified, with bitumen ofsuitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate asspecified, spreading coarse aggregate with the help of self propelled/tipper tail mounted aggregate spreader and applying bitumen by apressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the helpof aggregate spreader complete, including consolidation with roadroller of minimum 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified valuesof compaction and surface accuracy :

For 50mm compacted thickness using coarse aggregateof size 50-20 mm graded @ 0.60 cum per 10 sqm keyaggregate of size 12.5 mm graded @ 0.15 cum per 10sqm. With paving asphalt grade VG - 10/VG-30 @ 50 kg/ 10sqm.

For 75 mm compacted thickness in two layers using stoneaggregate of size 63-41 mm graded @ 0.90 cum per 10sqm key aggregate of size 20.0 mm graded @ 0.18 cumper 10 sqm. With paving asphalt grade VG - 10/VG-30 @ 68 kg/10 sqm.
