Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. Including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

S&F Factory made UPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (108mm x 48mm), sliding sash (38mm x 61mm). Sliding mesh Sash (38mm x 61mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45mm x 34mm), Glazing bead (19mm x 16mm) will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+-0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass and as required accessories complete all as specified & directed Notes: The unit rate quoted by contractor shall include cost of glass,mesh and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening shall be measured for payment purpose UPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e in depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account made.The rate quoted shall be including of necessary scaffolding & safety measurers to be followed as per direction by Engr - in- Charge.

S&F factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with top hung ventilator with 3D and SS friction (400 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm, sash 67 x 110 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 + 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.50 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. Note: Glass shall be measured and paid separately. For UPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment shall be made on this account.

S&F 2nd class HW plain chowkhats and framed,rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required as per manufacturers instructionscomplete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for filling of hold fast space etc complete all as specified & directed

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including applying 2 mm thick wall putty to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified & directed.
