M&L for Taking shut down of electric supply for Main Sewage intake Tank of 70 thousand liters, removing coarse bar screen for cleaning and painting, taking out five nos submersible sewarage pump set with cable and dewatering the water /sludge from tank at 670 KLD STP and clean the interior portion of tank (bottom and side of tank) by means of coir/wire brush etc and wash the interior portion by using bleaching powder removal of sludge, vegetation, muds etc., to an appropriate distance as directed/ shown by Engr-in-Charge and preparation of internal plastered/ concrete surfaces of tank and applying two coats nontoxic water proof coating inside the tank including cleaning of drainage pipes and chambers complete all as specified and directed. Note for item no 1 to 41: - a) Surface preparation and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer’s guidelines and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. b) The paint used should not contain any harmful chemical . A manufacturer certificate for the same is mandatory and contractor must produce the certificate as mentioned above before application to Engineer-in-Charge

(c) The rate quoated by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the following : (i) Diesel/ electric Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity with operators including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes. (ii) Lorry/Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 3 KL should be used for disposing off the same to the location where approved (iii) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects to be observed including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
