Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm all as specifiedm and directed

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces using WPC @3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth (b) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for 50 mm thick in Plain cement concrete type C1 ( 1:3:6)( using 20 mm graded aggregate ) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) finished even and smooth at top without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight all as directed at site.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sq cm and over in section in any position in framed work.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. (-) 223980.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
