PART A: BRIDGE PORTION

Structural Cement concrete for reinforced Design mix concrete [MoRTH Specification 1500(N)&1700(N)] concrete/PSC in superstructure complete including steel formwork, scaffolding etc. as per drawing and technical specification. Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixture, and Concrete Pump M 35 grade Height from 5m to 10m

M 40 grade for Crash Barrier Height from 5m to 10m

Providing and laying HYSD bar reinforcement at any level in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specification .[MoRTH Specification 1600(N)]

"Fabrication, Welding, Riveting, olting by HSFG bolts wherever required, supply, transportation to site, Assembling, Launching, Erecting of steel girder spans as per drawings and specifications approved by Railway and department for composite construction i.e. (Steel +RCC) of superstructure of the Road Over Bridge with contractor’s own mild steel confirming to IS: 2062 Grade 350(B) with all welds, rivets, nuts bolts rivet materials, weld materials, HSFG bolts, service bolts, with other ancillary steel structures fixed to the girder where necessary in proper level and alignment and as per technical specifications etc. with contractor’s own materials,

fabrication, machinery, templates, fixtures, equipments tools and plants, transportation to site, skilled/ unskilled labour, excise duty., Octroi, sales tax and other taxes, all leads and lifts, descent, loading, unloading, crossing one or more Railway track if required etc. complete and as per technical specifications. The rate shall also be inclusive of cold straightening of deformed and bent girder parts before their assembly. The structural steel to be used should be manufactured by SAIL/ RINL/ TISCO/ ESSAR/ JINDAL only. For Painting prior approval for superior brand/ make of the paint should be taken from engineer in charge."

"The rate shall be inclusive of supply, erection and dismantling of staging and scaffolding and other temporary arrangements required for the purpose of assembly, erection and launching of girders. The rate shall also be inclusive of cold straightening of deformed and bent girder parts before/after their assembly."

"Metalising girder/ girder component such as cross girder, top chord channels, bracing etc of BG new steel girder as directed by engineer with epoxy paint spray not less than two layers after preparing surface by sand/grit blasting as per provision laid in Appendix VI of IRS B-1179 code ( latest alteration) including one coat wash primer one coat epoxy zinc crome primer and two coat of epoxy paint with approved paint conforming to IS specification for fabrication & erection of steel girder bridge ( RS B 1-79) as orrected up to date with contractor’s own materials, tools, plants, labour, handling, re- handling if any including all lead, lifts descents, crossing of track/ obstruction etc. complete in all respectand as per direction of the engineer.

Note:1. The fabrication of girders must be got done from RDSO approved firms only.

2. For Payment purpose, nominal weight of the girder as per drawing will only be considered.

Providing and laying strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement up to 70mm complete as per approved drawing and IRC specifications including acceptance testing as specified to be installed under supervision of a specialist manufacturer (MoRTH Sp." 2600) including arrangement of traffic during replacement of joint. A1-A2

Providing and erecting Drainage Spouts with 0.15m long GI pipe 150mm dia and GI bolt 10mm dia with Galvanised MS flat clamp complete as per drawing and Technical cification as per clause 2705 of MoRT&H specifications including all material, labour,machinery etc.

Reinforced cement concrete wearing coat at any level including formwork and reinforcement completed as per drawing and technical specification. [MoRTH Specification 2202(N),1500(N)&1700(N)] M 30 grade.

Providing and laying 12mm thick bitumen mastic wearing coat with bitumen of grade S 35 as per Table 500-27, 15% by weight on prepared base including the coarse aggregate as per table 500-29, and lime stone powder as filler, complete including tack coat as per MoRTH specification : clause 515

Providing A.C pipe 150mm dia in Footpath slab / Masonry/Plain Concrete/.Reinforced Concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall complete as per drawing and technical specfication as per MoRTH Specification Clause 2205

Supplying fitting and fixing in position true to line and level, POT-PTFE Bearing suitable for biaxial movement as per drawing and BS:5400 Sections 9.1 & 9.2 [MoRTH Specification Section 2000(N)]

Providing and fixing cement concrete Precast Kerb or Dand of M-20 grade concrete up to 60 cm length over 20mm thick base of CM (1:6) including required Earth work, cutting of WBM and BT surface Pointing & jointing with cement mortar (1:4) of shape as approved by the Engineer-in-charge the work includes providing laying and compacting base concrete (1:5:10) 100mm thick below Dand/Kerb complete in all respect as per specifications size (20.5+25.0)/2x30cm Cement Concrete M 20 Kerb stone

Part C : Miscelleneous Items -Road Over Bridge and Ramp Portion

Marking Centre Line stop lines etc. on road as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 160° C with a special applicator machine complete with labour, material and traffic diversion arrangements.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered or concrete surface as per MoRTH specification clause 803

Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with hold fast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

Providing, fixing and erecting 50 mm dia painted tubular steel pipe as per IS 1239 railing in 3 rows on precast M-20 grade RCC vertical posts 1.8 meter high (1.2 m above GL) with 3 holes 50 mm dia for pipe, fixed 2 meter centre to centre, complete as per approved drawing as per MoRTH specification clause 808.

Extra for increase of 100 MT or part thereof in the span load capacity upto 800 MT.

Providing and laying High tensile steel wires/ strands at any level including all accessories for stressing, stressing operations and grouting complete as per drawing and technical specification as per MoRTH Specification 1800
