Providing and fitting of suction pipeline of Lift Irrigation Station Jathana, Distt Kathua damaged due to flash floods.

Providing and laying of 250 mm diameter M.S. suction pipe for 5 cusec 42 m head horizontal centrifugal pump coupled with 100 HP induction motor of unit –I, washout due to flash floods at LIS Jathana by way of providing and laying of new 250 mm diameter M.S suction pipeline 30 ft with thickness of 5-6 mm. Loading of M.S. Pipe 250 mm dia. 30 ft. in length with the help of manual labour and hydraulic crane & carriage to site through carriage vehicle. Unloading the pipes and other material at nearest unloading site at village Jakhole stacking the same properly. Then shifting from Jakhole to Jathana (2.5 Km approx.) by using skilled labour and other tools and tackles required on head load/ tractor trolley at stacking site near pump room at LIS Jathana. Providing and fitting of new 9 no’s MS flanges at ends of the pipes as per the alignment of suction pipe. Cutting of the M.S pipe as per alignment of suction line from pumping unit to suction point, welding of flanges both the ends with double layer welding to avoid any leakages and joining the pipes with nuts, bolts and with rubber gasket. Fabrication of 250 mm M.S bend with angle as per the site conditions and welding of flanges on both the sides of the bend. Fastening of suction line from inlet of pump to suction sump with nuts, bolts, rubber sheets. Providing and fitting of new 250 mm diameter cast iron, flanged foot valve (Kirloskar/ KSB/ L&T Valves) with pressure rating of PN 0.2, the door face should consists of rubber with reinforcement of cotton canvas, flange drilling as per IS:1538. Job includes providing of new nuts, bolts and rubber gasket. Painting of complete suction line and testing for any leakage in the pipeline on full load. Complete job includes the cost of the material, labour charges (both skilled and unskilled), charges of welding machine, tools and tackles, transportation charges including head load of the material etc. Complete Job Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions

Strengthening of priming unit of the lift irrigation station by way of providing, and fitting of 2” dia M.S. pipes for suction and delivery (about 30 feet) required for the priming pump unit by way of welding, gas cutting and providing and fitting of flanges as per alignment. Making of interconnection of the delivery from priming pump to the suction of two number pumping units installed at the LIS Jathana. The job involves providing and fitting of Foot valve 50 mm dia-01 no., Tees, GI Bends, Unions, Sockets, Elbows as per the alignment of pumping units.
