Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, including 6 mm thick glass all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 25 mm thick over 20 mm thick CM 1:4 bedding layer laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275.as desired rooled shape for the hangers upto the height of 12 Mtr complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of camouflage colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick rendering as 5 mm thick CM 1:4 over 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on the surfaces of brick or concrete finishing fair and even without using extra cement with water proofing compound (water proofing compound will be measured and paid saperatly) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of ceilings of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on Internal wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of New plastered surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying two coat of oil emulation distemper on wall etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls any width or girth etc and applying two coats of exterior weather coat paint in any colour or any camoflague pattern over a coat of exterior wall care putty and a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of oil bond distemper after making surface fair and even using 3 mm birla white putty on plastered surfaces of walls preparatory for distempering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new ceiling surface and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over coat of exterior wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminium) point wiring for ceiling fan/light fitting in ceiling and refixing the same in any position including replacing damaged material and lowering/rising the rod of ceiling fan if required complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully switch boards of any size and any description and boxes of such types on wall and refixing at same place duly modification over PVC panelling including necessary screws, washers, replacement of damage switches etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition on cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour For PCC type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
