Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM(1:4) incl Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles up to 15 mtr height complete all as specified.

Demolition of Plain concrete cement (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in string courses, copings or as in floors or as in plinth protection.

M&L 15mm thick ready mix plaster (Make Ultratech readiplast/ Birla Aerocon RMP/ ACC Suraksha RMP) on brick work on concrete surface of wall (internal surfaces) finished even and smooth including takingdown existing cement plaster from wall complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L 15mm thick ready mix plaster (Make Ultratech readiplast/ Birla Aerocon RMP/ ACC Suraksha RMP) on brick work on concrete surface of wall (external surfaces) finished even and smooth including taking down cement plaster from wall complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L 5mm thick ready mix plaster (Make Ultratech readiplast/ Birla Aerocon RMP/ ACC Suraksha RMP) on ceilling surfaces finished even and smooth including taking down cement plaster from ceilling complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces and finished surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L 15 mm thick Rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete internal surfaces of wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of ceilling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper on old plastered/unplastered surface of Ceiling using Airless spray technology withmax working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paintusage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower . Note:- Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer over waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm of Asian Paints or its equivalent over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints Tru Care Wall Sander :-01H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vaccume mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour) Step 1- Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian Paints Trucare Putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer with min 1400 W power having mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute). Step 2- Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints Trucare Grace Spray Machine (Model:; EH 230 DI) or equivalant having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a miximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface incl Complete removing of existing treatment by scrapping with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7" to 9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specifiec and as directed.
