Drilling New Borewell and Pipeline Connection Over Head Tank, Pumping Motor in Kothnuru Sy No.47 in Yelahanka Range of Bangalore Urban Division for the year 2024-25

Each tender shall produce documents showing that he is qualified for applying works related to Raising of plantation, Construction Compound Wall, Digging New Borewell, Formation Walking Path & Other Civil from past three years.

Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost. (Raising Plantation, Construction of Compound wall, Digging New Borewell & Formation of Walking Path)

Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities (Usually 30% of the amount of Contract) for work costing and (Credit Lines / Letter of Credit / Certificates from Banks) for meeting Fund Requirement etc.

Availability of owning Key and critical equipment for the above works

The aspiring bidders in its name should furnish GST / IT, & Service Tax registration certificate with PAN for the proceeding latest year.

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last two years (i.e., 2022-23 & 2023-24) a minimum financial turn over not less than the two times of estimated annual payments in this contract.

Audit balance sheet for last three financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) with copies of Income Tax returns statement filed. Otherwise tender will be rejected. Turnover certificate given by CA and all documents should be attested by Notary.

Present address and Contact number should be attested by the notary. All the other documents also should be attested by the notary.
