S&F factory made solid panel PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for top rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/seated to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC(Wood polymer composite) solid door frames of size 45 x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension grade), calcium carbonate & natural fibres and non-toxic additives fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwd with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face) & 1100 N (Edge), mimimum compressive strength of 58 N/Sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof & fire retardant & fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed.
