M & L for Painting to existing pump sets of capacity 75 HP to 100 HP with on coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Painting to existing pump sets of capacity 5 HP to 15 HP with on coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Painting to existing MS pipe line of dia 80/100/150 mm with on coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Painting to existing MS hose cabinet,hose reel drum with on coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable mono block centrifugal pump set by disconnecting the cable connection suction and delivery pipe lines of the pump set,separate the motor from pump,transporting to workshop,removing the burnt out winding fromslots,cleaning the starter and rotor slots with CTC and emery paper and rewinding the motor with as per existing size of new supper enameled copper winding wire and insulating by using class 'B' insulation keeping for drying,bring back to site,reassemble the motor and pump,fixing in position, connecting electric connectios testing and commissioning for its satisfactory performance including taking down old unserviceable copper winding complete all as specified and directed for up to 15HP capacity. Note :- 1. Transportation and necessary T&P for shifting the motor to workshop & back to site shall be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. 2. Major spares like bearing, couplings will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply only Driving End (DE) and Non Driving End (NDE) bearings for the 15 HP capacities

Supply only CI sleeves suitable for the pump sets for the 15 HP cap

Supply only love joy coupling complete with star bushes for the 15 HP centrifugal pump sets driven by motors capacities

Dismantling and taking out the existing mono block centrifugal pump set for srvicing after disconnecting/dismantling electic/suction and delivery pipe lines transporting the pump to areputed workshop remetalling to shaft,replacement of ball bearing of approved make ,replacement of water seal gland and through servicing/ check up and greasing,oiling,painting etc.reassembling the pump and motor,transporting the same to its orginal location,fixing in position,connectng up electrical and pipe line connection, testing and commissioning for satisfactory smooth operation including taking down old unserviceable ball bearing/small parts complete up to 15 HP threephase pump set complete all as specified and directed

Repaire/ Servicing of Fire alarm panel any make with programming the panel for srviceability and cleaning all detectors installed in any buldings/ labs including testing of fire alarm system complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in Replacement of M.S Hose cabinet double door fabricated out of M.S sheet of 18 swg. CRCA sheet with glass fronted(4mm thick glass with rubber beading) door and size of the cabinet shall be 800mm x 600mm x250mm double door mounting , all fasteners etc, and cabinet shall be powder coated of approved colour both inside and outside etc complete all as specified and directed

Dewatering the existing RCC UG sumps of Up to 100000 litrs capacity and cleaning the internal wall and bottom surface of tank to remove silt/scales mud and other foreign materials using water and scrubbing with coir/jute/wire brush and washing the surfaces with fresh water claning the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water and finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of cement paint to internal walls bottom surfaces and ceiling of sump complete including writing on out side of the sump CLANED ON DATE and DUE ON DATE with white paint on black paint back ground on external surface of the sump at convenient height all as specified and as directed

Supply and connect PVC insulated sheathed cable with multi stranded submersible copper conductor of size 3 core 6 sqmm for pump set including removing the old unservsible cable complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to valve chamber of size 90x90x60cm of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 60x60x60cm with 230mm thick brick wall built in cement mortar 1:6, plain cement concrete foundation 1:4:8 type D2, plastering on brick surfaces 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 covered with MS plain sheet 3 mm thick duly fixed to MS frame size 40x40x6mm and duly embedded in plain cement concrete coping 5 cm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1with opening and locking arrangements including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceding 50 m and depostingwhere directed at a level not exceding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Taking out GI tubing including connection from floor wall/trenches for replacement/refixing after cleaning complete all as specified and as directed for the 40mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.
