Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.(Conductor Weight = 08 Span X 60 Mtr./span X 3 Wire X 1.05 X 0.214 Kg/Mtr. = 323.57 Kg).(Weight of G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc.= 08 Poles X 10 Kg/Pole = 80 Kg).Total Weight = 323.57 + 80 = 403.57 Kg

Loading of 11 meter long departmentally supplied Steel Tubular Pole on departmental truck and unloading with carriage to the desired location by engaging manpower, rope and tools etc. as required. (06 Old Poles + 08 New Poles).

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refillingetc. as required. Above 10.00 metre and upto 12.00 metre.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted) For making steel tubular pole collar in the existing poles (50 Nos. X 0.80 mtr. X 0.60 mtr. X 0.60 mtr. = 14.40 Cum).

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height, complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 mm diameter including binding etc. as required. (Conductor Weight = 12 Span X 60 Mtr./span X 3 Wire X 1.05 X 0.214 Kg/Mtr. = 485.35 Kg).

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (Upto 120 sq. mm).

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 120 sq. mm. (For 11 kV connecting cables on Poles).

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (18 Span X 60 Mtr. X 3 Mtr. = 3240 Sqr.Mtr.).

Supply and erection of 6 SWG G.I wire for Cradling. Total No. of Spans for Cradling = 2 Nos. Length of GI Wire Required for cradling = (2 Spans X 60 Mtr. X 2 Lengths + 2 Spans X 40 rings X 2 Mtr.) X 1.05 = 420 Meter Total weight = 420 mtr. X 0.147 kg/mtr. = 61.74 Kg

Supplying and fixing of 11 kV, 400 Amps Outdoor type gang operated air break triple pole switch of required capacity with 3 post / pin type insulator per phase, mounted in horizontal or vertical position on provided cross arms with adequate length of G.I. Pipe for operating handle erected on extended square shaft. The operating handle provided with lock and key at suitable height from ground with necessary clamps.

Supplying and fixing 11 kV, 400 Amps Horn Gap Fuse Unit with supporting post type insulator per phase, mounted in horizontal or vertical position on provided Channels (Set of 03 Fuse Units).

Painting of pole with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of Aluminium Paint.

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
