Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (Exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 mtr in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in. All kinds of Soil.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 :6:12 ( 1 Cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50rnm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size. Crushed.

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and complete1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Crushed.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) .

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutmen"ts, posts ans sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) .

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Steel work in built up tubular round, square or rectangular including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolting with special shaped washers etc.complete.Hot finished welded type tubes .

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/1 Osqm .

Carriage of Stone from an average lead of 15kms by mechanical transport.

Carriage of Sand and Bajree from an average lead of 10kms by mechanical transport.
