Excavation in earth work and isposal of all excavated earth upto all leads and lifts. Disposing earth to be levelled and neatly dressed pick jumper work within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1ccement :6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing andf laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls,the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per H.P.P.W.D Specification.

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

i) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like.

Boulder/Stone filling behind retaing wall & crate wall within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1ccement :3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm( Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Half Brick masonary using common burnt clay building bricks above plinth upto floor two level in cm 1:4(1cement:4sand)conventiohal brick first class

Steeel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint etc.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement:4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement concrete floor to be paid for 60mm thick inter locking blocks.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impect resitent resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco ro equivalent 600x600mmx10mm manufactured or approved shade and colour in flooring and landings laid over (12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 Sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing vitreous China wash down water closet (European type. W.C. Pan) with intergral "P' or 'S' trap including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar 1:1(1 cement:1 sand) (Seat and cover to be measured and paid for sepatately) ordinary type.

Providing and fixing stainless steel kitchen sink with drain board with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer I charge. 470x420x178mm

Providing and fixing vitreoous china wash basin with single hole for piller tap with C.I or M.S. brackets painted white Flat back 630x450mm within all leads and lifts and as directe by the Engineer in charge including cutting holes and making good the same but excluding fittings with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing PTMT Coloured/ white high density polyethlylene/poly propylene 10 liters cap full flush European standard control low level flushing Cistern with fitting and with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

P/F C.P. brass waste for wash basin or sink (i) 32mm dia with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

6 pin 15/16 Amps socket outlet, porcelain base/piano type. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

P/F C.P. Brass Bib tap with capstan head (15mm dia) with in all leads and lifts with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

P/F brass full wheel valve with capstan heead (15mm dia) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

P/F of C.P. Angle cock 15mm with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 600mmx450mm bevelled edge miror of superior galss mounted on 6mm thick A/C. sheet or plywood sheet and fixed to wooden plugs with C.P. Brass screws and washers. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in trenches 10kg. f/cum2 working pressure unplasticized P.V.C pipe ( Conforming to IS: 4985-1968) complete fittings ( earth work in trenches to be measued and paid for separately):-
