Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for boring hole across the Road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for 100mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road / Plinth /Floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat , length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass comcrete type D2 1:4:8 with 40 mm graded stone aggrigate for foundation of pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggrigate in foundation, roof,kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operator air break switch suitable for horizontal or Vertical mounting fixed type mechanically operated amounted on insulator and steel frame out door type for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement top MS channal HT post insulator 11 KV consisting of operating rod of 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade confroming to IS- 1818 of 1972 complete with 12 insulator and of rationg 200 amps. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erect pre stressed cement concrete poles 11 Mtrs long of cross section (152 mm X 152 mm) at top ano ( 152 mm X 260 mm) at bottom class 9 complying with rquirement of IS-1678, including making 30 CM strip with two coats of white and black syntetic enamel paint up to 1.5 mtrs height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavtion, earthwork and PCC shal be measure and paid speartely under respective item

Taking out old unserviceable underground HT/LT Cable of 4/3.5/3 core, 10 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm from trenches/floor/road/pipe/along poles including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Excavation, earth work required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 6 sqmm, 2 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion after taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : GI strip upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item
