REPLACEMENT OF 30KVA DG SETS AT DVOR STATIONS

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of "Silent Type" DG set along with AMF panel comprising One (1) No. Alternator suitable for generating 24 KW / 30 KVA power at 0.8 pf, 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 1500RPM, self excited, self regulated & self ventilated with brushless excitation & conforming to latest CPCB 4+ requirements in all complete as required. [Location: DVOR Stations Sampla, Sakras, Chillarki, Aligarh & Sikandrabad]. Multi cylinder, turbo charged water/coolant cooled diesel engine developing suitable BHP at 1500 rpm, suitable for above alternator & complete with all accessories i.e. base frame, fly wheel, air cleaner, coupling, starting equipment, arm/AVM pads, batteries, radiator, speed governing mechanism to keep correct frequency at all operating conditions well within limits laid down in relevant BS/IS for class AI governing with amended upto date & anti-vibration pads, batteries etc. complete as required. One (1) No. in-built fuel tank complete with connecting pipe, valves, fuel level indicator device, base plate etc. & having capacity as per OEM standard complete as required. 12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator & arrangement for initial excitation with suitable nos. of batteries in complete as required. Accoustic & weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere complete as per specifications.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm thick i/c accessories & providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe of 2.7 mtr. long etc. with charcoal/ coke & salt as required.

Supplying & laying 25mm x 5mm Copper strip at 0.50 mtr. below ground as strip electrode i/c connection / terminating with nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required. (jointing shall be done by overlapping & with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing & fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode i/c connection with brass nut, bolt, stpring washer excavation & re-filling etc. as required.

Providing & fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing old DG sets [Location: DVOR Stations Sampla, Sakras, Chillarki, Aligarh & Sikandrabad] along with their cable/ gland etc. complete with all accessories, fitting etc. i/c shifting of the dismantled DG sets with to AAI store complete with transporting & crane for loading and unloading etc. complete as required as per the direction of E-I-C.
