M&L for plain cement concrete bed (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipe 100/110 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they laid and tested complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socket in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, for ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:2:4) Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:4) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with intergral water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement (WPC measured and shall be paid separately) all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC nominal mix (1:2:4), Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) nominal mix as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length,bent to shape required,including cranking ,bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. M&L Cutting into the existing manhole for connecting new drain making good to pipes of 100/110 mm dia & rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section ) in cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cutting into the existing manhole for connecting new drain making good to pipes of 150/160 mm dia & rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section ) in cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing manholes, septic tank etc by dewatering and taking out sludge and solid deposits from the septic tank and manhloes etc completely and browing the sludge and solid deposited in a nearly dug pit with in 100 mtr and covering the sludge and solid deposited etc with earth and 2cm thick lime on top surface to prevent spread of foul smell after taking out sludge and solid deposits, the inside of the septic tanks, manholes etc should be cleaned with water, complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: (i) All precautions to be taken while working in foul condition (ii) Filled up portion of sludge only shall be measured (iii) Suitable Mechnical equipment i.e. Honey sucker machine/sludge pump should be used for removing the wastes from septic tank and manhole (iv) Manual cleaning of sewers or septic tank even with protective gear and safety device is not allowed.

S & F mild steel angle iron for post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as dircted drilling holes notching for wire etc. flat iron flillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling , bolding or riveting , etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as directed and specified.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type wt n.exc 4 Kg per Sqm. Complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as directed and specified.
