Supply and Erection of Steel tubular circular cross section swaged type G.I poles (Type designation : 410-SP66) conforming to IS: 2713 (Part-I and III): 1980 amended upto date having overall length of 12.0 meters, duly welded with MS/GI base plate of size 500 mm X 500 mm X 10mm thick at the bottom, painting with two coats of bituminous black paint upto planting height (i.e., below ground level) complete as required as per approved drawings and specifications.

Providing RCC foundation for erection of swaged Poles including excavation (all kinds of soil including concrete/bitumenous surfaces), making base foundation with cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ), providing centering and shuttering including strutting, steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete, providing reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) & disposal of excess excavated soil at a distance of 50 mtrs. etc., complete as required as per attached drawings and as per the directions of E.I.C.

Providing and making round Tubular pole collar of 0.40 mtrs dia. X 0.50 mtrs above ground level all around the pole with cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) including form work, plastering, painting with two coats of water proofing cement paint etc., complete as required.

Supplying and erection of Galvanised stay set complete with 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle, 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. complete as per specifications and as required.

Supply, fabrication and erection of Galvanized Channel/Angles for mounting switchgears/ Insulators/ Lightning Arrestor/ D.O Fuse on the four pole structure including cutting, hoisting, welding, drilling holes, fixing in position along with necessary accessories such as clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete as required as per approved drawing and specifications.(Note: For payment purpose only weight of structural steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as clamps, nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Supplying and Erection of explusion type Drop Out Fuse with polymer insulator having nominal system voltage of 33kV, rated current of 200 Amps, mounting arrangements for fixing on cross arms/channels including drilling holes for insulator fittings, tightening with G.I bolts, nuts, washers etc., complete as per specifications and as required. (1Set of three numbers for 3 phase system).

Supplying and Erection of 33 KV, 600 Amps double break, centre rotating type, OFF load Isolator with gang operated earth switch, complete with heavy duty and self aligning type, spring loaded fixed contacts and tubular blades forming the moving contacts made from high conductivity hard drawn electrolytic copper, GI phase coupling shaft, GI operating rods of suitable length with handle, polymer insulators, GI base channel, 7/8mm dia GI rod with spring assisted for arching horn etc., complete as per spcifications and as required. (1 set of three number for 3 phase system)

Supplying and Erection of Metal oxide Non-Linear resistor, station class gapless type heavy duty lightning arrestor having polymer housing for the insulator suitable for 3 wire, 33 KV overhead lines with continuous operating voltage of 30 KV with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class), complete with mounting arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as per specifications and as required. (Set of three numbers for 3 phase system).

Supplying and Erection of 33 kV (10 KN) Polymer pin insulator complete with long steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. complete as per specifications and as required.

Supplying and Erection of AAAC Dog Conductor (100 sq mm) complete with binding at existing insulator, jointing, jumpering, teeing off connecting and clearing of obstacles etc. complete as per specifications and as required.

Supply and erection of 1.5 inch (Nominal size) Aluminium Tubular Busbar made out of Schedule-40 grade Aluminium Pipe along with post insulators, necessary mounting arrangements, necessary connectors for making connections between pipe bus and conductors (AAAC Dog), painting for identication of phases etc complete as per specifications and as per direction of E-I-C.

Providing and fixing of 33 KV H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Dismantling of existing Cement / M.S Poles of H.T Double pole structure embedded in cement concrete foundation including dismantling the switchgears, fuses, over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms/ mounting supports, insulators etc. & shifting the same to the dismantle store/yard upto a distance of 100 mtrs etc., complete as required as per the directions of EIC.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of 33 kV grade of 3 Core X 185 sq.mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of 33 kV grade of 3 Core X 185 sq.mm size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of 3 Core X 120 sq.mm / 3 runs of 1 Core X 185 sq.mm size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of 3 Core X 120 sq.mm / 3 runs of 1 Core X 185 sq.mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 3 Core X 185 Sq. mm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 Core X 185 Sq. mm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for the following grades of XLPE aluminium conductor cables as required

Retreiving of one number PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade of 3core X 300 Sq. mm size cable from the existing closed duct/RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/HDPE pipe/ GI pipe including checking the physical damage of cable etc. as reqd.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections including welding/clamping on pole/channels etc. as required.
