Providing Cement Concrete Drainage with RCC Slab in front of Anganwadi building from Thottipalayam Muniyappan kovil to Pillaiyar kovil transformer in Karavalimathapur Panchayat in Sulur block of Coimbatore District under NABARD ASSISTANCE (PHASE II)

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed, except hard rockrequiring blasting but including shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing and surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial leads and lifts etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed in hard stiff clay,stiff black cotton soil,hard red earth,shales, murrams,gravel,stoney earth and mixed with 50% fair size boulders and hard gravelly soils as per SS20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for laying and curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed

Suppling and erecting shuttering for plane surface in foundation and basement for R.C.C beam column footing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for laying and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed

Suppling fabrication and placing in position of mild steel or ribbed steel for all reinforcement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complying with standard specifications (MS or RTS Bar will be supplied departmentally aas section store and cost will be recovered as same rate) the binding wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly forall RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabrication charges,centeringand strutting but including curing and providing fan clamps with the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls side bottom of the slabs,beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:2,12 mm thick and with raft paper without claiming etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix 20mm thickness including all cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to site including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.
