Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. a)One coat.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a)One or more coats on old work.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Providing and fixing PTMT extension nipple for water tank pipe, fittings of approved quality and colour. a)25mm nominal bore. Weighing not less than 62 gms.

Providing and fixing PTMT angle stop cock 15 mm nominal bore. Weighing not less than 85 gms.

Cleaning of toilet Fittings, wall and floor with detergent/acid to make it clean and applying grouts where ever required including cleaning of floor traps for any chokage and smooth flowing of waste water as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning of under ground water tank/sump by pumping and bailing out water and deposited silt, rubbing walls and floor with coir brush and bleaching powder, washing the inner surface of sump with clean water and making the same dry by taking all safety precautions against life of labourrers and finally mixing bleaching powder to newly loaded water as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing&Fixing PVC cover of approved quality with locking arrangement to PVC over head tank as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cutting of trees grown in the walls/shafts up to floor five level of departmental buildings with necessary scaffolding arrangements, safety precautions, making good the walls with Cement Mortar, applying chemical to prevent further growth etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
