Earth work in excavations in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and sub sequent filling around masonry, in 15cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 meters.
Earth work excavation in all lead & lift with minimum lead 1Km undressed.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
Preparation of plastered surface for distempering including sand papering the surface, applying filling with approved quality filler, consisting of plaster of paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete.
Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats over one priming coat on new work.

Providing and laying four courses of water proofing treatment consisting of first and third courses of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 applied hot at 1.6 kg per sqm for each course and second course of fibre glass R.P.Tissue and fourth and final course of stone grit 6 mm and down size or pea-sized grit spread at 0.006 cum per sqm including preparation of surface.
