Pressed steel frame using 1.25 mm thick PBI sheet (size of frame 105 x 60 mm) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock/ strike plate etc and filling with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in back of chowkats complete all as specified.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain coloured PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 160 of MES SSR 2010 Part-II

The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified.

Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter (with particle board core) , 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete as shown on page No 176 to 183 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II compete all as specified and directed.

Note : Size,Shade and Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15 mm thick screed base in cement mortar 1:6 over and complete all as specified and directed.

Black Marble work, Bhaislana Zebra,18-20mm thick, (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) , in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble including 15mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster, complete all as specified.
