MONITORING AND CLEANING OF SOLAR PLANTS AT 05 LOCATIONS IN JAIPUR MIL STN AND NIWARU MIL STN UNDER GE (S) JAIPUR

Monitoring and cleanig of Solar Plant installed at 5 locations at Jaipur Military Station: (a) 300 KW - 01 No (Command MT, Jaipur Cantt) (b) 200 KW - 01 No (BSO/Furniture Yard, Jaipur Cantt) (c) 130 KW - 01 Nos (Poineer Unit, Jaipur Cantt) (d) 500 KW with Scada System - 01 No (Niwaru Cantt) (e) 200 KW - 01 No (Bhakrota Cantt)

The Contractor shall provide fully comprehensive annual maintenance from any one of the OEMs or authorized services dealer of OEMs intended to provide service. The AMC of the Solar Plant shall include the following scope : (a) Module washing fortnightly minimum twice a month or more frequent if required as directed by Engr-in-charge failing which penalty of Rs 100 per day per location will be imposed for the time of delay. (b) Generator monitoring and intimation of deficiency alongwith corrective action within 24 hrs failing which penalty of Rs 100 per day per location shall be imposed. (c) Checking and identify Hotspot on module (white dots/Brown colour) on fortnightly basis. (d) Checking of module damages/cracks (Make - INA) fortnightly and written intimation on fortnight basis to Engr-in-Charge, failing which penalty per location of Rs 500 shall be imposed. (e) Checking of temporary shadow on Modules and trimming of trees on fortnightly basis within diameter of 5 mtr from solar Module boundary. (f) Checking of all inverter of rating (20/33/50/100) KW parameters (VOC, AC DC Voltage, Power etc.) twice a month and repairing fault, if any, and providing reports in writing to the Engr-in-Charge. (g) String monitoring in all MPPTS and rectification of fault within 48 hrs. (h) Visually checking conditions of Inverter fans and bowering. (j) Visually checking conditions of ACDB and DCDB and report fault, if any, in writing. (k) Visually checking of heating issue on termination points of all equipments. (l) Visually checking all termination gland conditions & cable stress. (m) Checking of serviceability of SPD and replacement of unserviceable SPDs. (n) Checking of earthing of all connected equipments and forwarding of earth readings on monthly basis in writing to the Engr-in-Charge and ensuring proper earth reading including maintenance & rectification of faults, if any.
