REPAIR MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE AND STORM WATER DRAIN AT OLD NAVY NAGAR AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I, NAVY NAGAR, COLABA

Rectifying complaints of bathroom / kitchen / WHB / urinals / WCs of any pattern by cleaning the blockage upto frist manhole and make it fully functional by flushing with sufficient water including disposal of sludge etc away from residential area and burring in borrow pits (Earth work if any and making good to distrubed surface shall be deemed to be included in unit rate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes:-(a)Unit rate quoted shall include taking out sludge away from residential area . (b) The payment shall be done by complaint wise. (c) The period of rectifying each complaints is maximum 48 hrs after receiving complaint from complaint Cell and in case of failure to rectify the complaint in the stipulated period the necessary recovery at the rate of Rs 200 / per day per complaint shall be deducted from next due to contractor without any notice. (d) The contractor shall provide min 2 cleaning personal along with tools,bucket ,etc to rectify the complaints. (e) Contractor representative is responsible to take complaints.

Cleaning existing strom drain /open drainage / culverts / manholes of up to 1.50m depth including removing cover slabs , soils , spoils , vegetation , silt etc and refixing cover slabs including making good in cement mortar 1: 6 and removing material outside the MD land exc. 5 Km but n. exc 10 Km complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 3.above, but exc.1.50m and n.exc. 3.00m depth

Cleaning and desilting of manholes depth not exceeding 1.50 meter by pumping out/removing liquid waste/sewage and plugging the ends sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt,sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and cleaning the manholes with freah water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note:-The quoted unit rate shall include the following, (a) If required getting a honey sucker and cleaning the heavily congested sewage line. (b) JCB and other special machinery, if needed, will be arranged on a requirement basis. Please note that no additional cost shall be paid for the above.

S&F in repairs cleaning eye (oval access door) for bends ,tee, branchs ,sections etc of dia n. exc.110mm at any floor level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
