Providing machanical earth movers/ JCB of capacity 7.50 ton for levelling of existing ground, in technical area, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Logbook containing details of date and time of operation of the JCB/ Earth movers, location shall be maintained and signed by Engineer-in-charge and contractor, JCB/Earth movers shall not be more than 5 years of vintage. The accounting of time of earth movers will be counted during working hours only in Tech Area. Contractor shall ensure that earth movers/ JCB operator is in possession of valid heavy vehicle driving license and documents of earth movers/ JCB shall be produced befor Engineer-in-Charge for his perusal. Contractor shall employ one helper with JCB operator. Unit rates shall be deemed to be included for providing earth movers/ JCB, operator & Helper, charges Fuel etc and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

M&L for Cutting of grass,shurbs,vegetation of any type & height with petrol operated grass cutter upto ground level and making the area neat & clean by removing/throwing the rubbish to a distance not less than 500 metres complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Contractor shall arrange to provide 02 to 04 Nos petrol operated Grass cutter as directed by Engr-in-Charge at a given time including fuel, operator, sweeper etc whenever required. The quoted unit rate shall be deemed included for this arrangement and nothing extra whatsoever shall be payable to the contractor on this account.

Providing machanical earth movers/Road roller of capacity 08 to 10 ton for Rolling of existing ground, in technical area, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Logbook containing details of date and time of operation of the earth movers/Road roller location shall be maintained and signed by Engineer-in-charge and contractor,Road roller/Earth movers shall not be more than 5 years of vintage. M&L for Cutting of grass, shurbs,vegetation of any type & height with jungal zim driven with tractor upto ground level and making the area neat & clean by removing/throwing the rubbish to a distance not less than 500 metres complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Contractor shall arrange to provide 02 to 04 Nos Tractor as directed by Engr-in-Charge at a given time including fuel, drivers, sweeper etc whenever required. The quoted unit rate shall be deemed included for this arrangement and nothing extra whatsoever shall be payable to the contractor on this account.

M&L for Cutting of grass, shurbs,vegetation of any type by manually digging and taking out unwanted plantation with roots with the help of fawda and cutting with the help of Talwar upto ground level and making the area neat & clean by removing/throwing the rubbish to a distance not less than 500 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for Surface dressing n. exc 30 cm deep & averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (any type of soil), exc 50 mtr but n. 250 mtr and spreading where directed at level n.exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for racking out joints upto a depth of 25mm, saw cutting the vertical sides of joints for making edges of joints straight upto the possible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 10 to 20mm, cleaning all loose paticle/dust from the joints by using brushes, compressed air, blowers etc, fixing masking tape along either side of the joints, placing back up sheet 10 to 12 mm thick in position and filled with polyurethane based sealing compound (pitch free ) having 3 mm recess from top of joint after applying suitable primer as per manufacturer's instructions and removing masking tape, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed at site by the engineer in charge.

M&L for chipping/cutting of cracked/broken edges of cement concrete pavement by cutting rectangular, section by diamond cutters, removing loose particle, unsound material and cleaning the surface by the air compressor and removal of demolished materials/debris to a distance out side AF Station and applying one tack coat of primer of epoxy and filling the pits with epoxy mortar at an interval of 30 to 45 minutes consisting of the following ratio/ composition complete all as specifed or as per manufacturers instruction :- (a) Epoxy resin primer :- (i) Epoxy resin (Araldite) Gy-250 : 100 Part each by weight. (ii) Aradur 140 : 50 part each by weight. (b) Epoxy mortar :- (i) Aradur 140 : 50 part each by weight. (ii) Araldite of Gy 250 : 100 part each by weight. (ii) Silica sand M-12 grade : 600 part each by weight.

M&L for 'RUNPHALT' Bitumen Tubing/Rope for filling of 5 to 7mm width of cracks on the runway with the help of screw driver pushing it inside the crack then apply direct flame 20-30 seconds through torch method.after the complete filling of crack. The crack shall be covered / sealed with 'SURE-BOND' instant Runway crack sealing tape complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 'RUNPHALT' Bitumen Tubing/Rope for filling of 7mm to 12.5m width of cracks on the runway with the help of screw driver pushing it inside the crack then apply direct flame 20-30 seconds through torch mathod.after the complete filling of crack. The crack shall be covered/ sealed with 'SURE-BOND' instant Runway crack sealing tape complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair to exsting pot hole of surfaces pavement area of each pot hole nexc 6.25 Sqcm and 4 cm depth by cutting inverted trapezoidal section in regular shapes by diamond cutters and chiselling, removing loose concrete, cleaning with compressed air and washing with chemical water solution, priming and making good with Elestomeric concrete, as per manufacturers instruction including disposal of rubbish to a distance exc 250m but not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and as directed.
