EXECUTION OF ELECTRICAL WORK AT MYSORE DEPOT

A. Scope of Work: The proposed scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: 1.Copper Bonding: · Supply and installation of copper bonding strips for all pipeline end flanges, structural supports, valves, and other metallic structures to ensure proper electrical continuity and equipotential bonding. 2.Junction Boxes on Light Poles: · Provision and installation of weatherproof and flameproof (where applicable) junction boxes for all high-mast and streetlight poles. · Termination and reconnection of lighting cables through these junction boxes. 3.Painting Work: · Cleaning and painting of all light poles with standard corrosion-resistant paint (including primer and two coats of enamel paint). · Refurbishment and painting of all earthing chambers and earthing pits to enhance visibility and protection. 4.FLP LED Light Fixtures: · Supply and installation of FLP (Flameproof) LED light fittings in hazardous and classified areas. · Dismantling of existing non-compliant light fixtures (if any). 5.Earthing System Rectification: · Verification and rectification of existing earthing systems, including continuity testing and reinforcement with additional earth pits or connections if found inadequate.
