M & L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall including brooming down or by steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint on existing painted surfaces including preparation of old surfaces n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of internal walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer using chalk whitening over and including a coat of 2 to 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
