Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) each area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm allcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) each area n.exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition cement concrete (un reinforement) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5m above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections conforming to Fe - 290 (Gde E-165) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates including truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.
