Repair/replacement of VTPN MCCB DBs, MCB DBs, Submain wiring, earthing alongwith connected items in MD Accn of AGE B/R-II and B/R-III under GE(West) Delhi Cantt-10

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium any type of point wiring (light/fan/socket /power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, sockets,regulators light fittings) and removal from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of (wall/floors/ceiling etc) complete all as specfied & directed.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi stranded copper conductor 4.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade, PVC concealed conduit of dia not less than 20 mm and conduit accessories concealed in wall (Brick/stone masonary), ISI marked with valid CML No (IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS: 3419:1976 for conduit accessories), including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 4.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth duly complete including replastering and making good the surface of wall and painting with existing colour all as specified and directed.(For AC point)

Taking down carefully sub main wiring three single run of any make and type complete all as directed.

Supply, laying and drawing submain wiring in and including 20 mm dia concealed PVC rigid conduits including cutting of chases for laying conduit making good the surfaces as per existing surfaces or as directed on walls 02 runs of IC x 6.00 sqmm (Main Cable and neutral) and one run of IC x 6.0 sqmm (as earth wire) of multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated, FRLSH, unsheathed cables of 1100 volts grade conforing to IS : 694 of 2010 complete including connection all as specified and directed. Note :- Two runs of IC x 6.00 sqmm (Phase wire and neutral ) and one run of IC x 6.00 sqmm (as earth wire) will be measured as one unit length.

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure SP and Neutral with a two pin earth plug and socket complete with a MCB SP 20 Amp 220 volts, 50 Hz, 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down DBs,VTPN DBs of any make and type from the site and making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board SP & N 8 way fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with metal double door ((IP-43, IK 09 protection,IEC-61439-3) ) fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 100 Amps copper bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, eath bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with knockouts and suitable for one DP MCB as incomer and 06 SP MCBs as outgoings complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 including taking down old DBs all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

S&F in repair factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board TP & N 4 way (VTPN MCCB DB) with metal double door (IP-54 & IK 09 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed on wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 100 Amps copper bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with provn for 100 Amps, 4 pole MCCB and ELM as incommer and 12 SP MCBs outgoings including blank spacer for blank space complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 including taking down old DBs all as specified. NOTE :- (a) MCBs/MCCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

S&F of single pole MCB 6 to 32 Amps, 240 v, 50 Hz AC made from moulded self-extinguishing thermostat plastic and suitable for ‘B’ curve, 10 KA breaking capacity conforming to IEC 60898-1:2002 complete all as specified and directed. Make - Indo Asian/ Havells/ HPL
