Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and n exceeding 1.5 m in depth and in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up carefully from trenches/walls/pillar GI water mains incl all fittings of following sizes:-

(a) 15 mm bore.

(b) 20 mm bore.

(c) 25 mm bore.

(d) 40 mm bore.

(e) 50 mm bore.

(f) 80 mm bore.

(g) 100 mm bore.

Disconnecting, removing existing GI tubing for cleaning and labour only for cleaning of existing steel water tubing and refixing/ relaying in its existing position or new position with fittings all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Serviceable pipe obtained shall used for refixing/relaying after cleaning.

Supply and fix laid in trenches steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings complete for following sizes:-

Supply and fix steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings to walls / ceilings or laid in floors complete for following sizes:-

(e) 50 mm bore.

(f) 80 mm bore.

(g) 100 mm bore.

M & L for cutting existing GI tubing for alteration or additions of sizes including screwing existing GI tubing for tapping & making new connections or replacement of unserviceable pipe line/ fittings etc of following sizes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair gun metel,globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for the follwing sizes with ISI marked and as per IS 14846 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) 40 mm bore.

(d) 50 mm bore.

S&F in repairs Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (20mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms) all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Prayag

Taking down old u/s Sluice valve of any size

Supply and fix Sluice valve PN-1.6 with SS spindle and wedge nut ISI maked (IS-14846:2000) complete with iron wheel of following sizes:- Note:- Rate includes neccesary arrangements and cutting the pipe of required dimension with attachments for fitting the sluice valve.

(a) 80 mm bore.

(b) 100 mm bore.

M&L for fixing of gland in sluice valve of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L stainless steel spindle of sluice valve with neccessay attachments to fit the existing valve, including taking out existing unserviceable spindle complete for the following sizes :-

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron non return (reflux) valve both flanged ends in swing type design as per IS 5312 Part-1, PN-1.0, of following sizes:-

M&L for maintenance and servicing of RO plant of capacity 30 LPH to 1000 LPH complete including taking out old filters from plant and replace with new sand filter,carbon filter,Membrane, sedimante filter, Prefilter(0.5 Micron), Antiscalate filter,Vessel and including connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Maintenance and servicing of RO Plant to be carried out once throughout the CA duration. Qty are considered accordingly. (ii) The contractor has to furnish 02 years written gaurantee for the RO Plant after servicing.

M&L only for attending water supply complaints and rectifying the faults viz no water, water leakage, air lock, low pressure, over flow etc all necessary patty items like rubber gasket,grease, screws, GI tees, bends, elbow etc and tool required including excavation in any type of strata as per site requirement and making arrangement of electric/diesel pump/JCB/manual additional labour by caulking with pig lead/ lead wool/ tyton joint of size 20 mm to 100 mm bore GI Pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The detailed log book and complaint register duly signed by Engineer-in-charge, contractor and JE concerned shall submit during payment of RAR & final bill with complete details, building/ structure No., date of complaint raise date of complaint arosion.
